"Id like to start off by saying Denzel is always a pleasure to speak with! He is very knowledgeable about what State Farm has to offer. He is also very thorough with what he does. At 34 and a sole provider for a family of 4 he helped me find life insurance through State Farm for a great price, which has given me some comfort in life! State Farm also covers all 4 of our vehicles. One of them being full coverage. Once again Thank you Denzel. Keep doin what you're doin!"

"I was with State Farm for several years and overall had a good experience. However, over the last few years it became difficult to get Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for my commercial policy, often taking weeks and multiple follow-ups. Great company overall, but if you need quick COIs, make sure your office can deliver them promptly."

"Back in June this year(2025)I was looking for better auto ins. rates. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your agents by the name of Kelly Nelms. See I am 66yrs old recently retired, I was paying $264.00 for a 06 pathfinder and 2018 Optima, clean driving record well she was able to get me a new policy for $164.00 I don’t know about any one else but that was way better than I expected. That’s not the reason why I’m writing this review. I am writing this review because in my opinion “Kelly” went beyond my expectations, her demeanor, poise and professionalism put me at ease oh I also want to thank her for inviting me to take the “Defensive Driving Course” I took it and I passed it. I learned a lot taking the course,great refresher it was! Thank you again neighbor! 😁"

"If you ask for help when you have questions how to get a police report when you get involved in an accident they won't help you i did ask for help and they told me I was on my own.i won't recomend this office. Luckily I have other car in a different location and they help me on everything even when the car that was involved in the accident is not on that office."

"I’ve been with this State Farm agent for probably over 12 yrs, and to be honest I’m always surprised how easy it always to deal with this agent, so so easy I often leave away from these guys feeling like I have imposter syndrome, like it’s supposed to be way harder but it never is.. this agent deserves way more appreciation's than I imagine they get, so they get five stars and I’ll add five more, I’d seriously recommend them… I have never been disappointed."

"I had a recent experience with State Farm that was less than stellar – unusual in my years with State Farm, BTW! – and Dana went out of her way to check on me, follow up, and follow up again. I have always found State Farm agents to be quite customer service-oriented, one of the reasons I don’t shop prices even though on low fixed income I can use every break I can get. But I have never experienced the level of care and attention I received from Dana Krogman. In fact, I can’t recall such positive go-out-of-your-way professionalism in a very long time, if ever. Dana should be cloned, or at the least serve as a model in State Farm headquarters for customer care. She treated me as I imagine she would want for her own family. Thank you, Dana. You're an example of why I chose State Farm and why I have stuck with them for decades. What good is paying for insurance if, when you really need it, the care is not there. I trust them. And now, I trust Dana."

"We are from out of state and had problems getting home insurance but Dan and his team are very knowledgeable and are amazing problem solvers. Dan and his team made getting insurance painless and customized a great plan for me and my family. We ended up getting all of our insurance with State Farm. They are highly recommended."

"So far I have only just received my first policy from them, and have yet to need to make claims. However working with Josh Morris who may or may not wear kakis was an EXPERIENCE. He explained everything I didnt understand thoroughly and asked me about other things he was adding. He went over the policy multiple times and even offered after-hours assistance which left me time to make a final decision. He gave me the best deals with double coverage. THIS GUY WEARS FRESHLY STARTCHED KAKIS. I appreciate that it wasnt just a sale, pushing me to get whatever. Because of him, I love kakis and "jet 2 holidays" and I'm not half dead from paying car insurance as high as rent. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH INSURANCE IS FOR ANYONE RECENTLY LISENCED, UNDER 25?....highway ROBBERY. Give this man a raise and a gift card to Old Navy. Jake from Statefarm, HECKNO, Josh Morris from Statefarm....YES. He definitely doesnt have me at pew point to release this glaze of a statement. Ofcourse he's awesome and knows what he's doing. He's proof UGA doesnt put all their money into sports and Greek."
