"I enjoy the communication that you are able to have with State Farms Department in this agency when it came to my automatic deposit not hitting the bank and I contacted them they was able to delay my payment for 5 days until my account was straightened up. The safe driving mechanism I'm not too crazy about because it actually requires too much attention in the mechanism makes quite a few mistakes. I don't feel that the discount is worth it.."

"I’ve dealt with a lot of insurance agencies and this go round is by the best!! Abbey Fisher provided excellent customer service with kindness and quick supportive service to my needs . "This is one of the best experiences , at 77 yrs of age, I have had with finding a new insurance company ! My old company left Georgia after 20 yrs and so went the search ! My agent kept finding me new polices more expensive, so I searched on my own. After about 15 trys searching, the last one I gave a try to was State Farm. Everyone always told me that State Farm is to high priced, but low and behold they were the lowest in price for both my home and auto and were the easiest to sign up with. Thanks to Jay Mckown he made my experience a goodone ! I also had a pleasant follow up call by Dana Krogman to check up on my experience. I believe I have found the company I should have had a long time ago ! Dont believe what everyone tells you all of the time without checking yourself.
