"I had gone online just to see if we were getting the best rate for insurance (it seemed high to me). One of the numerous calls I received was from Josh Morris. Even though I was cranky from the bombardment of countless calls and texts, Josh remained patient, kind and somehow managed to get me to settle my tea kettle. "I called a while back and talked to a wonderful agent. Called back later & she was gone. I don’t know where Phida went, but that’s where my business is going, too. I’m not super savvy when it comes to insurance matters, so when she guided me through everything & got me all squared away… My partners & I were so pleased.
