"I talked with Ruari O'Rourke about auto insurance on a new jeep. I had All State, we all call around for the best price. "I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh Morris on the phone to help me get quoted for an auto insurance policy. I called 6 different insurance companies today and Josh is the main reason I decided on State Farm. He was very knowledgeable about policies, he was very attentive on the call, he was very patient while I had my screaming toddler in the back, and he educated me on all my options as well as life insurance (which I am now looking into thanks to Josh). "Called them to cancel my umbrella policy 2x in 2024, somehow they forgot to do it and charged me for the full year of 2024 and still billed for for 2025. I cannot stand such incompetency."
